Creative Moments #154 - Halloween

This fortnight I am designing with digital images from Decossees Dynamite Doodles. I have used the background image, the frame and the sentiment. To give it a pop of colour I splashed some Lindy Stamp Gang spray and added to flowers I found in my stash at home
